I charge a flat fee for services provided to other attorneys.  My fees range from $75 per hour to $150 per hour depending on the work and support needed in the case.

individual representation Fees

VA Appeals

VA Appeals are paid using contingency fees.  Contingency fees are attorney fees that are paid if the attorney is successful and you win your case.  


Military Discharge Upgrades

Discharge upgrade cases are paid using flat fees.  Flat fees are paid at the start of legal representation and are held in a client trust account.  As the attorney completes work on the case payment is transferred from the trust account to the attorney.
